Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1, to enroll in Kindergarten, and 6 years old on or before September 1, to enroll in the First Grade.

Items needed for registration:

• Certified Birth Certificate (long form)

• Social Security Card

• Original Mississippi Immunization Compliance Record (Form 121 )

• Two (2) proofs of residency

  • 1st Proof of Residency MUST BE:

    • Filed Homestead Form

    • Mortgage Documents

    • Property Deed

    • Apartment or Home Lease

  • 2nd Proof of Residency MUST BE:

    • Utility Bill

    • Driver's License

    • Voter Identification Card

    • Auto Registration

All students are required to have an updated copy of the following on file in the school office ANNUALLY:

1. Declaration of Legal Residence Form

2. Two (2) Proofs of Residence
