Woodrow Price, Lead Teacher

Melanie Jones, Lead Teacher

Welcome to Warren Central Intermediate! My name is Melanie Jones, and I am proud to serve as the Lead Teacher here at WCI. With 19 years of experience in education, I am deeply committed to fostering an environment where both educators and students can thrive.

As an educator, I believe that teachers—just like their students—deserve love, validation, and unwavering support. My vision is to empower and nurture educators, helping them reach their fullest potential. I strive to create a space where teachers feel inspired, confident, and equipped to inspire the next generation of learners.

In my role as Lead Teacher, I am dedicated to supporting the growth and development of both teachers and students. I believe that every educator has the ability to impact their students' lives in a profound way, and it is my mission to help them develop  their craft. Through personalized support, collaboration, and fostering a growth mindset, we aim to cultivate a culture of excellence that celebrates the unique journey of each individual—whether it’s a teacher refining their skills or a student reaching their personal potential.

As a meticulous, patient, and kind-hearted leader, I provide guidance with enthusiasm and a focus on building strong relationships. Through effective communication and an open-door policy, I work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure every individual feels supported and valued. I believe that positive relationships are the foundation for success, and I’m committed to creating an environment where all members of our school community can grow and excel.

Together, we are shaping the future—one teacher, one student at a time.
