Technology Agreement Form

Directions for Chromebook Issuance

  1. Students who did not return their Chromebooks and chargers last school year must bring them to the library to be assessed for damage and loss items before they can be issued a Chromebooks for this school year.  Students who went to WCJHS or AOI must return their Chromebook and charger to their junior high school. 

Below are the cost for Dell Chromebook items not returned:

charger - $20.00 black carrying case - $10.00

broken screen - $30.00 Chromebook - $350.00

broken keyboard - $30.00

  1. Students will take the attached Technology Agreement form home for their guardians to complete and sign.

  2. Students will either bring, make a copy, or take a photo of their guardian’s photo ID.  The photo can be emailed with the student’s name in the subject heading to Ms. Harbaugh, the  librarian, at bharbaugh@vwsd.org.

  3. Students will bring a $20.00 tech fee.  It must be cash or a check made out to Warren Central High School.
